Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their medical history, current physical condition, and specific concerns or goals for the session.
- Employ precise and therapeutic massage techniques to manipulate soft tissues, relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and alleviate stress, ensuring a comfortable and effective session for each client.
- Offer guidance on post-massage self-care practices, including stretching exercises, hydration, and lifestyle modifications, to enhance the benefits of the massage and support clients' long-term wellness goals.
- Maintain open communication with clients throughout the session, actively listening to their feedback and adjusting the massage techniques or pressure as needed to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic environment, including proper disinfection of massage equipment, use of clean linens, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
