Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Jade Eckl is a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who helps individuals strengthen their communication and swallowing skills to enhance connection and quality of life. She holds a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and is Hanen More Than Words certified. Jade has experience across outpatient care, school settings, and acute care.
- Jade enjoys working with adults with dysphagia (swallowing disorders), voice disorders, and aphasia, supporting them in regaining essential communication and swallowing skills. She also works with children to build their language, articulation (speech sounds), and social communication abilities, including those with Autism as well as Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) users.
- Jade values the diversity of the individuals and families she supports, recognizing that each person’s background, lived experience, and traditions shape how they communicate and connect. Her approach is compassionate and collaborative, focusing on each client’s unique strengths and goals. By integrating cultural and personal perspectives into therapy, Jade ensures that care is functional and meaningful to help clients connect, express, and thrive in their daily lives.
