If you're worried about your balance or coordination,
here are 2 important things you should know.

The #1 Thing You Need to Know:

The “Hidden” Danger of Poor Balance

Recent research reveals that balance issues and falls can lead to serious health complications.

Breaking the Vicious Cycle of Imbalance

Poor balance can often lead to a vicious cycle—where fear of falling or injury results in avoiding physical activity, leading to weakened muscles and reduced stability over time. This can make everyday tasks feel more challenging and increase the risk of falls.

Vicious Cycle Of Imbalance

Our program is specifically designed to interrupt this cycle by providing easy-to-follow exercises that gradually improve your balance, build strength, and restore your confidence, helping you reclaim an active lifestyle.

The #2 Thing You Need to Know:

Most balance training programs are ineffective because they aren’t comprehensive enough

Why Balance & Coordination Are So Important?

Balance and coordination affect almost every movement you make. Simple actions like walking, standing up, or reaching for something on a high shelf require stable balance and good coordination. When these skills weaken, it increases the risk of falls, slips, and injuries.

Our “Steady Steps® program” focuses on exercises and techniques that restore your stability, strengthen your posture, and enhance overall control over your body.

What’s in the Balance & Coordination Retraining Program?
Balance &Amp; Coordination Retraining

(1) Posture Fixes

Sometimes, balance problems start with poor posture. Maybe it’s slouching or leaning forward too much. We’ll work on simple exercises that teach your body how to stay in a balanced and centred position, helping you feel steady all day long.

Balance &Amp; Coordination Retraining

(2) Core Strength

A strong core is key to good balance. If your abs and lower back are weak, staying steady can be hard. We’ll show you core exercises that are simple but effective, giving you a strong base for any movement.

Balance &Amp; Coordination Retraining

(3) Hip Mobility

Your hips are super important for balance. Tight or weak hips can make moving around harder. We’ll focus on exercises that increase hip strength and flexibility so you can move smoothly and feel more secure.

Balance &Amp; Coordination Retraining

(4) Balance & Coordination Drills

From standing on one foot to walking heel-to-toe, we include exercises that help your body learn to stay steady, even in tricky spots. We also add coordination drills to help your brain and body work together better.

Balance &Amp; Coordination Retraining

(5) Leg Strengthening

Strong legs keep you balanced. We include simple exercises like squats and lunges to build leg strength, making it easier for you to stay steady and avoid trips.

Balance &Amp; Coordination Retraining

(6) Ankle Flexibility

Strong and flexible ankles help you adjust to different surfaces and prevent falls. We include exercises that work on your ankle mobility so you feel steady on any ground.

Balance &Amp; Coordination Retraining

(7) Eye-Foot Coordination

Your hips are super important for balance. Tight or weak hips can make moving around harder. We’ll focus on exercises that increase hip strength and flexibility so you can move smoothly and feel more secure.

The 4-Stages of the Steady Steps® Program: Progress at Your Own Pace

Our balance program is built around a 4-stage structure, making it easy to gradually progress and customize it to your exact situation. The stages go from very easy (Stage 1) to more advanced (Stage 4). This setup ensures that anyone, even those with severe balance issues or zero exercise experience, can complete the program successfully. You can move through the stages at your own pace for the fastest results.

Here’s a breakdown of the four stages:

Simple and easy exercises are done while sitting to get you started comfortably.

Adds a bit of challenge while still seated, using a stability ball to work on your balance.

Exercises done while standing still, focusing on improving your stability and posture.

More advanced standing exercises that involve movement help you build real-world balance skills.

An add-on to this program is the floor core workout, designed to strengthen your core and support overall balance even further.
