ย A TPI golf fitness assessment combining functional movement screening (mobility, flexibility, postural imbalances) with swing analysis, comparing your swing against TPI’s 12 recognized swing characteristics to find what’s limiting your game.

2. Performance Conditioning

A training plan built around your assessment: strength work for the core, back, shoulders, and legs, flexibility and mobility drills for the hips and shoulders, and balance training to support a stable, powerful swing.

3. Golf Injury Rehabilitation

When pain or injury is present, sessions may include exercise therapy, hands-on care, joint mobility work, soft-tissue treatment, and a gradual return to swinging.
