About Roopreet
- Roopreet Kaur graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy in 2019 and brings over 5 years of experience working with individuals with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, including pediatric and geriatric populations. She also completed around 2 years of internship experience at Instep Physical Therapy Clinic.
- Passionate about helping people feel their best, Roopreet believes in providing compassionate, patient-centered care that supports both physical and emotional well-being. She completed a Certificate in Addictions Recovery Practice (2021–2022) and Concussion Management Level 1 training in 2026 to further expand her knowledge and ability to support her patients.
- As she begins her journey as a Registered Physiotherapist, Roopreet is excited to help people move, recover, and regain confidence in their daily lives.
- Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, painting, and crafts. She believes that a calm and balanced mind plays an important role in healing and overall wellness.
- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2019 and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Addictions Recovery Practitioner at Norquest College in April 2022.
- She has two years of experience as a Physiotherapy Assistant at Instep Physical Therapy Clinic and has previously worked in a rehabilitation unit, providing various treatments for neurological, orthopedic, and pediatric patients.
- She is enthusiastic, empathetic, and dedicated to helping individuals engage in treatment programs and achieve their functional goals.
- Outside of her professional life, she enjoys art and craft, painting, hiking, and has a deep appreciation for nature.
